Measurments! : Before

Waste: 36 & 1/2 inches
Arms: 14.1 inches
Legs (upper): 26.2
Bust: 40 &1/2 inches
Hips/Stomach: 40&1/2 inches

*note: i was pushing my gut out as far as i could*

So i will post when i am done my first day of my diet! I forgot to add though, only eat 4-6 small meals a day! not 3 big meals! eating at more times ofthe day in smaller portions boosts your metabolism and makes you feel like its not even a diet! ...also my choice of excersise will range from turbo jam workouts to just walking or doing wiifit. :) Goodluck to all! I'll let you all know how my day goes!
