Woot Woot.

10 pounds are offically back off! hell yeaah. Actualy to be spicific, 10.6 pounds gone, thats right i weight 173.3 pounds. Im so freaking happy, because i almost have 11 pounds gone, but i ate chips today so idk how long thatll last. This is the lightest ive been since last year. This is the lightest ive weighted on my diet so far !! im so happy, tho i watched a movie today and ate chips so idk how tomorrow will go, but i worked out for 30 minutes before i ate so hopefully i worked enough off plus i only had a peach , some peanuts, and a bowl of cerial today so i hope my calorie intake was okay for today.

More weight gone

So today i weighted in at 174.2 pounds! veryy happy, i also weighted myself 7:30 in the evening, as aposed to my normal time, 2:00 in the afternoon. And since your heavier in the evening i might have even lost more weight than that, but i wont get ahead of myself her. So my goal to be in the low 70's by the end of july is working so far! lets hope i dont rebound. Im surprised i lost any weight because i ate fast food and chocolate today :( and lastnight i ate chips late in the night. Im so surprised they didnt sit on me. Its also that time ofthe month which is weird, because they say you get bolated and gain weight. Weirdd. Also i had soda today, shame on me! first time in like a couple of weeks. I basicaly let go and didnt worry and some how droped weight. so im hoping by August first ill be around 172 pounds, thats a number i really want to see on the scale by sunday. or atleast 173 pounds, im okay with that too. but i dont know if thatll happen, if i keep being careless with my eating habbits it could rebound. I need to try o stop eating so much at night, yuck. So im aiming to be 160 by the end of summer. so 10 more pounds to lose in august! if i see 169 on the scale ill be so encourged to lose even more. so i need to lose around 5 more pounds to be more motivated. So two more pounds this month i hope and then by the 6th or 7th ill be 169 i hope :) ..okay so im gone to drink water and do some small excerises. Nothing big because itll screw up my metabolism. Weight lost :)

So i weighed in at 174.7 today :) thats a total of 1.1 pounds gone since monday! woww . im happy .. but i have to go im in a rush and going swimming c: byebye everyone, good luck! -Yours truely

Ive been doing good on my diet

So yesterday i never had any sweets , i ate alot of cerial tho, but it kept my sugar craving down which is good. So today i havent eaten any sweets either so far! i cant wait to see if i lost any weight from monday when i weighted 175.9. So im keeping my figners crossed. I have this bad problem were im always saying ill start tomorrow. Anyone else know that condition? Where everyday youll give up sweets the next day, and the next, and the next. Well that is me, And im sure theres many like me but yesterday i really done it. I hate the way i went camping all weekend and for 3 days straight i ate bad food and i never changed weight, but if i eat a chocolate bar and workout, the next day ill have weight gained. It makes no sense and i hate it. Anywho im gone ill update you all on my weigh in later -Doll

Focus!!

So, camping. rough. Not the wilderness thats rough, but the food choices... bread, french fries, and sweets. The only things that can survive in the melting heat. Total loss of diet tract. Weight :175.9 lbs, Still happy its under 176 or 177 or 178 for that matter! i worked my ass off to keep it from those numbers but tomorrow will be a new begining once again. I get so side tract by the summer fun. Okay ,focus focus focus! gahh... im buckling down this time! cracking on it hard! i always procrastinate and then drop like 10 pounds before the school year starts. August really rushes me!! so much!! but this august im aiming for 15 or 20 pounds off insted of just 10 like last summer, so im back on track tomorrow! with no more camping in my way! yay i get to eat fresh fruit again and salads! :) ..so im gonna aim to be under 175 by july 31! thats my next goal! i hope to be 173 before july is over i hope. I have plenty of pictures of cute clothing i want to motivate me :) ...and ive come to the conclusion today, that im really not that big ! :D i only have like 15 pounds on my stomach to lose ...or maybe even 20 and maybe 5 pounds off my arms would be nice! but thats all i need really. So if anyone lost anymore weight please comment and tell me about it! ! I also went for a run with my friend today when i got back from camping and unpacked my stuff. So im back and focusing!! woot! here to 155 before summer ends!

Day 6 Entry 2

Sorry i didnt post a blog all day but i was packing my bags ,which means i wont be able to blog again until sunday or monday because im going camping with my family tomorrow moring but my weigh in today was the exact same as yesterday which is good! atleast i didnt go up weight, but still sorta dissapointing.. well anyways ill update as soon as i get home sunday or monday cause im not sure how many nighted were staying up there yet , anywho i want to point out that grace has 1.5 pounds gone and i wanted to congraduate her in my blog! so this is a special shout out for you! :) its only been two days and shes doing wonderful! ...grace, id love it if you would comment and tell me and everyone reading, what youve been doing for 2 days to lose this? i mean how many cals have you consumed, how many minutes did you workout, and did you use any products i recomended? please and thanks :) i just wanna know how much of my plan you followed thanks! Day 6 Entry 1

So for my breakfast i ate a bowl of cerial (170cals) and i am anticipating my weigh in right now. Im pretty scared to see if i gained or lost and its killing me not knowing, im so affraid i gained i think i might workout now to make sure those extra calories are burned off. Im thinking about changing my diet a bit to the one where i can eat what i want but its gotta stay under 1200 cals and i gotta drink alot of water and i gotta work out 40 minutes a day. I think im better off with this diet because i keep on giving in to junk foods and i said it better to have a little then to give up and binge and after like 3 days without chocolate thats what i done sorta and i shouldnt do that its bad. And i know i can lose 2 pounds a week by doing this so maybe if i keep taking my pills and using my cream and green tea then maybe i can get the weight loss to increase to 3 pounds a week :) which is a great goal so heres to losing more weight without splurging on junk food! i could also incrrease my workout time or something to try for 4 pounds a week anywho im gone to work out now! byee -Doll

Day 5 Entry 4

Friends can be such a bad influence. My friends are all skinnier than me and they love eating chocolate and all sorts of food. Tonight i gave in and ate chips which was so bad for me but i couldnt help it, you have those times where you crack! But today i was swimming for almost 5 hours ..2 hours early in the day and almost 3 hours in the evening so i think i worked enough for it :) ...i think ill still lose weight tomorrow! so ill let you all know how my weigh in goes tomorrow! byebye -Doll.

Day 5 Entry 3

So insted of doing my 20 minute workout i ended up going swimming with my friend for 2 hours.. but i might still do my workout too im just very tired right now. So for anyone who is okay with just losing 2 pounds a week let me tell you, you can eat whatever you want on this diet as long as it does not exceed 1200 calories you can even eat sweets and fast foods. I want to lose like 3 pounds or 4 pounds a week so i can not eat any of that. Also you must try and work out for 40 minutes. I thought id tell anyone who just wants to lose a bit of weight before this. Unlike me, i want to lose around 20 pounds before school begins or 30 if i can. But if your okay with just losing 12 or 13 pounds then you can do this! eat whatever youd like just keep the calories intake under 1200 and workout for 20 to 40 minutes a day and you should be just over 10 poundds lighter before school starts! :) oh and still try to drink alot of water, Water is key in any diet!! so i hope i made it a bit easier for anybody who finds it hard to give up junk but still wants to shed 2 pounds a week. Day 5 Entry 2

So as i predicted, i have gained ..i now weigh 175.3 ..its better then when i gained like 2.5 pounds back early lastweek and weighted like 178.4 or something like that but i should have known not to eat so much ..but when your at someone elses house its hard to say no to foods they offer and it kinda feels rude but thats no excuse! tomorrow im aiming to weigh 174.something ...even if its 174.9 ill be happy just as long as its under 175! see i aim in groups of 5! i started in the low 180's and then i made it to the high 170's then down to the low 170's but now im back to the high 170's :( but ill get to low 70's again and then ill get to the high 160's! anywho, for my first snack i had ritz crackers and an apple which was 130 cals and for another meal i had a slice of bread with peanut butter ,,, which was 150 caloires so my totaly intake so far is 450! which is good!
Im gonna go turbo jam for 20 minutes now, -Doll

Day 5 Entry 1

Wow 5 days! Way to go us! lol whoever is doing this with me! So yes i do have certain spots i want to lose weight, it would be my stomach and my arms. People gather weight in different shapes and i just happen to be one of the lucky people out there that gather it evenly to form an hour glass shape. I like my big legs because they are strong but my stomach has rolls even tho they arnt big i still want them gone and my arms are flabby too. So incase you want to figure out what shape you gather fat in, ill explain them all! There is an APPLE shape when you gather fat on your stomach, love handles, and boobs (sometimes boobs) and your legs, bum, and sometimes arms are left tiny and thin. There is an HOURGLASS shape when you gather fat evenly on your body so that your not too big on top or too big on bottem, Everything is usually equal. There is a PEAR shape where you gather all your fat on your butt, and legs and normally you have a small waist, chest, and arms. Anywho i hope i helped you all figure out how you gather fat! :) lol

Day 4 Entry 3

So i think i over ate today :( but i was pretty active because me and my boyfriend had to take care of these 3 little kids and there so hyper. Also i done my 20minutes workout so im hoping the chips i ate are worn off! But i will not be suprised if i gain weight tomorrow. Oh well ill have to wish for the best and try not to stress about it. besides we all have our ups and downs and are not expected to go down weight everyday, But we forgive ourselfs and get back on that metaphorical horse we have fallen off of. So today i done my green tea body wrap to relax! and i watched some good ol' Flight of the conchords! because i love that tv show! I also was on my trampoline and i done some painting today. Thats how my "day off "went and i hope i have a better day tomorrow :) heres to high hopes *digital toast* *clinking of cups* lol -Yours truelyyy!

Day 4 Entry 2

So i know i said i wasnt going to post another entry until tonight but i just wanted to let you all know i made a picture for the blog as you can see to the left :) i thought it would be cute to have that there even if it was rushed and not so great. Yes, i love to paint on my computer i also love doing traditional art! any other artists here? do you guys think this was a good addtion to the homepage? I even put a leaf in the picture meaning its "fall" lol. I will reach my goals by september! im determined! ...so anyways i had a bowl of honey nut cheerios for my first meal today (170cals) and i ate a chocolate bar (260 cals ) Blehhhh! no more chocolate for me today :) ive had my fix and im back on the diet! so heres to a healthy rest of the day lol! By the way, if anyone wants a picture done for them, im happy to draw for anyone! i like drawing anime, and real life things and i like doing some "alternitave" things. So just describe what you want a picture of and ill see what i can do! and im not as good as drawing on the computer as with my hand so sorry if digital things trun out crappy but i can do drawings by hand and scan them on to the computer and send to you. anyways sorry to get off topic and all! I wonder how you guys are doing on the diet so feel free to leave me your results.

Day 4 Entry 1

Good morning people! haha for anyone who is a night owl like me, i love being up all night which can be bad if your on a diet but if you dont have any summer employment (like myself) then you might stay up late too. Aha so i decided that when i wake up, im going to reward myself. I know i said i was going to wait to hit 172.5lbs to eat some sweets but i think having a total of 10 pounds gone deserves some celebrating! So when i wake up later i am going to enjoy my day! My boyfriends coming over, so im going to relax and have a fun day. I will still do my carido! but i will not weigh myself tomorrow and i will still keep my calorie intake under 1200 but im gonna let a bit loose and swing for a sweet snack or two! I will not go mad on the sugar tho because i dont want to lose track of all my hard work! I just want a nice day to have no worries of weigh in time and to be a teenager enjoying her summer vacation! Let me tell you that its okay to relax and not worry some days. I know its a diet but after 5 pounds off or 10 or 15, its time to just smile and remind yourself your a person and not a robot counting cals all the time and numbers on a scale :) so Victory days are allowed people! After all, we're only human. For those people out there who find it hard to give up the sweet tooth reward yourself a little sooner like after you lose 2 pounds! Sure, this way itll take a little longer to shed thoses inches but hey, its better then holding out on your cravings and then binge eating! so every 2 pounds have a candy bar for one of your early meals or something. Just be sure to try your best to work it off. I might not have as many blogs today cause im gonna relax. So if you want to know what to eat in the morning i suggest cerial, eggs, or maybe some toast. Just remember not more than a cup of cerial, Try to get the fat out of the egg if you can, or maybe have peanut butter that way you get protien. For lunch maybe a small pizza, or some fries, or chicken stripes. I know i dont eat very healthy, and most of my food comes in cans or microwaveable packages, but as long as you count your calories and split them up into smaller meals, Its okay to eat them :) maybe have some peanuts or fruits for a snack too. Or some crackers. Thanks to everyone viewing my blog and i hope you keep with my diet! It really pays off! Just rememeber, Lots of Water & only 1200 calories (unless your starving then have a bit more!) & ill do another blog tomorrow evening /night telling everyone what i ate on my "day off" and what i done to relax or to excerise or just to enjoy the summer! byebye -Yours truely, Doll!

Day 3 Entry 3

So for my last meal i ate another bowl of cerial which was 170 calories and earlier i ate a small pizza (415 cals) so now ive taken in 925 calories ..but it feels so much more than that because i had bread twice today and it makes me feel bigger even tho im smaller than i was yesterday. I think im going to do some wii fit because i feel so big. I know i lost 10 pounds but i really dont see where i lost it to. Hopefully when i lose another 5 or another 10lbs ill finially be able to see where it came off. Anyways, will anybody that reads this blog please leave me some feed back on my blogging so far? tell me if this is helping you or not please! i only have 1 follower and no feed back to go on. I really wish people would comment on what i say so that it dosnt feel like im just talking to myself here. Id be really happy even if its bad feed back! just let me know something people! Day 3 Entry 2

:D ...so my weigh in today went so great! My current weight is 173.7 pounds!!!! Woot! Thats means i have exactly 10.2 pounds gone people! This is so great i only have to lose 1.2 pounds to reach my first goal i set! Also i had a snack about a half hour before weighting myself i ate 1 slice of white bread with peanut butter (170 calories) ...This is so great! I told you all i know how to lose weight! :) just do what i do and youll be sure to drop pounds like i do! And i dont starve myself and i dont eat any veggies because i dont like them lol yuck!! i just eat decent food, count caloires, make sure not to exceed 1200 calories a day, drink plenty of water and do a 20 minutes workout (sometimes i also go for short walks or swim) but i never ever hard core work out. Losing weight is very easy people! so dont get your hopes up if you think you never will lose any weight! trust me, YOU CAN! anyways, im off now to do my 20 minutes carido with my vichy cellu destock wrap ! Day 3 Entry 1

Im very happy for myself for sticking with this plan for 3 days so far. I know you might think, its only 3 days its not that long. You have to understand, i normally give in after the second or first day because i love chocolate too much. To make matters worse , theres two crispy crunch bars in my cabinet. aha but im resisting completely until i reach 172.5 lbs! I dont want to give in because i know the moment after i eat that bar ill be upset with myself. I'll say to myself "how could you do that to yourself? 8.4 pounds gone and your gonna gain some of it back? your almost to 10 pounds gone, and thats very motivational! so dont stop until you get there!! if you take a break now, itll take longer to get to it!" :) So i know the first 5 pounds are the hardest to get off, but once you reach it, youll be so happy! Then youll aim for 10 lbs! then 15lbs! everytime you reach numbers in fives, you should feel so good about yourself! youll keep going until you love your body! It wont take long! trust me, dont procrastinate with this. You'll only gain more weight and have to lose that too! Last summer i lost 10 pounds and i should have kept going and lost another 10 but i never, i stoped, got right back into my old habbits and ended up gaining not just 10 lbs back, but almost 14lbs! It was so terrible and now this summer i have to lose that extra amount this time because i gave up on my diet so early and didnt watch what i ate at all! People, half the battle is getting it off, but dont forget about keeping it off! It's very important you dont settle into your old eating habbits and if you do, make sure to keep active so you burn every bit that you take in! :)

Day 2 Entry 3

So i had another snack today, it was some peanuts and 2 oranges. about 230 calories, for supper i had some hash browns about 170 calories and i had another bowl of rice crispies ,another 170 cals. so my total for today is 1090. Way over the calorie intake from yesterday but still 110 under my daily limit. This is good but im still trying to keep it around 800 i guess i cant help it if im hungry tho, im not gonna starve myself! Thats so stupid so dont ever do that! ! its very unhealthy. anywho im very pleased with my weigh in earlier today! I cant believe i took that much off! Im so happy im back to my weight that i had before i had my weekend of pigging out! so im hoping tomorrow ill be around 175.0 ..that way im aiming for .5 of a pound off tomorrow! I have high expectations that ill have half a pound gone tomorrow because after supper today i went for a quick walk and i went for a 20 minutes swim. I still cant belive im 8.4pounds lighter than i was at the beginning of summer! i hope at the end of nextweek ill have a total of 14 pounds gone this summer :) anywho, i wont lose focus of my current goal (172.5) I know i can reach it! &i know it wont take very long to lose 3 pounds! i hope that by sunday ill have theses 3 pounds gone! maybe even before sunday!

So let me let you all in on my secrect, every time i reach a small goal i have set for myself, (for example 172.5 lbs) i get to eat one sweet but i must work it into one of my daily snacks and i must keep doing my excerises and eating healthy in all my other meals. So when you reach the first goal you have set, treat yourself! now dont eat all the sweets you can that'd be terrible!! just one sweet every time you reach a little goal. Try and work this sweet in to an early meal so that you have a better chance of burning it off. :) i hope everybody likes my secrect to staying motivated lol because i know its hard to just cut junk food out all together! so to everyone trying my diet plan, please leave me comments and concerns and leave me your results if your getting any, and if your not, then tell me what youve been doing and eating everyday and ill see if i can help you!

Day 2 Entry 2

So i weighted myself at 2 o'clock. Which is the time i weigh myself eveyday. I use the wii fit blance board to check my weight and i weighed in today at 175.5 :) my 2.4 pounds are dropped that fast ! and the only difference is im not gonna pig out for the next couple days and gain it back, NO , this time im gonna stay with my diet and keep shedding more &more lbs! I hope anyone else doing this diet has dropped a bit after the first day too! Im so happy! So for breakfast today i ate a bowl of rice crispies (170 calories) and for my first snack i decided to have toast considering it was early in the day its better to have heavy foods early when your metabolism is working to its fullest! So my bread was white and i had peanut butter instead of just butter because if im going to eat the calories i might as well have a good amount of protien in it! all that is about 350 calories so my total so far 520. I already done my 20 minutes workout today and i used the vichy cream and plastic wrap while i done it :) and after that i made myself another green tea body wrap and lied in the sun for a half hour with it on. It makes my skin really soft :) so i dont know if it the green tea wrap helps lose weight but it sure is relaxing and incase you dont know stress causes obisity! And so does depression so take some time everyday and just lay back or dance to work off stress :) dance to your favorite music, just get all that bad energy out ! ...For anyone who read that line about sex earlier, my boyfriend thought it'd be funny to write that cause hes a douche bag! sorry!, its erased now!

Day 2 Entry 1

Today is so beautiful out. It's very inspiring to lose weight because it makes you want to look pretty in a bathing suit. To anyone who gives up on they're diets all the time i want to write some words of encouragement for you! I know it feels like you cant lose weight sometime. I've felt those days when you just cant picture yourself skinny and you think its impossible. Its really not! You CAN lose it and if you do what i do, the pounds will just drop right off. Now i know your thinking "Her diet might work for her but it might not for me" dont think that way! If you really feel like this diet might not be effecient comment on my blog and tell me your weight and height and i will tell you the exact calorie intake &the exact amout of time you should excersise to lose 2 pounds a week or more! But for most people around 165 to 185 with height of 5'4 to 5'7 these steps are what you should be taking! It really comes off trust me. remember you should weigh yourself around the same time everyday and you should wear the same weight clothing every time. This way you know its not just weight fluxuating daily. I know im repeating myself but for anyone who didnt read my other blogs, these are the simple rules you must follow
1)No eating after 7
2)Try to drink 8 cups of water a day
3)eat 4-6 small meals a day NOT 3 big ones
4)no sweets! (This rule kills me lol)
5)Try and workout for atleast 20 minutes a day, even if its just going for a walk
6)Stay positive people! even if you just lose 1 or 2 pounds dont give up! Say this to yourself "Thats 1 pound i will never have back! Thats one pound i wont have to lose again as long as i dont give up on this! Thats one pound lighter i am and one step closer to loving the body im in!"

Day 1 Entry 3


So after i ate an apple an hour ago i went for a walk. When i came home i was starving so i had to give in to the rule no eating after 7 pm. but its only if your stomach is rumbling that you can have a tiny snack. So my choice was a small bowl of cerial like i had for breakfast. I figuered it was better than eating some toast because i currently only have white bread in my house and i read somewhere on the internet that theres a diet about eating cerial for two meals of the day so i ate cerial twice today. I know its only another 160 calories but i cant help but feel like im not on a diet by eating this cerial. ugh okay so thats ... around 880 calories today. not too bad i suppose, considering its the first day and we all know its the hardest to get through. Tomorrow im sure things will go a little smoother.

Day 1 Entry 2

Just so everybody knows i have a youtube account now. altho my videos suck lol but i am ADollByFall on youetube too! so i only have one video so far its called "losing weight entry #1". I want to let everybody know that you dont need to use all the fancy things like the vichy cellu destock cream or apple cider 600 tablets or even drink green tea. If you follow my diet rules you will get great results without all that other stuff! just always rememeber, DONT EAT AFTER 7PM! ...DONT EAT OVER 1200 CALORES A DAY!... DRINK 8-10 GLASSES OF WATER EVERYDAY!...EAT MORE MEALS IN SMALLER PORTIONS! ...NO JUNK AT ALL!.... EAT MORE PROTIEN SUCH AS PEANUTS, EGGS,CHICKEN! if you do those things youll lose all the weight you want! oh and dont forget to atleast go for a walk everyday. Even tho i do wiifit and turbojam i could still lose the same amount of weight by walking ,running ,swimming! everyday activities :)

Day 1

So after the last weekend of eating nothing but junkfood i gained 2.4pounds back weighing 177.9lbs so now im going to lose 5.4pounds to reach my goal. today i started out with a bowl of honey bunches of oats cerial and skim milk about 160 calories. For my next meal i had some peanuts and an orange which was about 270 calories. For my supper i ate Kraft Dinner extreme pizza which contained 220 cals. im probably going to eat an apple in two hours so my total calorie intake for today will be around 700 by the end of today! which is excellent because my total intake for a diet is 1200 so im WAYY under :) i also done the turbo jam 20minute workout today which is said to burn 300 calories. i put on my vichy cellu destock on my stomach and worked out with a plastic wrap over it. I'm also going to attempt to make a green tea body wrap and wear it for atleast 10 minutes to sweat off some inches.

Insturction to make green tea body wrap:
So the green tea is great for your skin and the kind im using contains honey and ginger, which we all know ginger is great in a wrap. so you fill a tub or sink with hot water (not boiling but hot) then you add a cup of green tea and let it mix and heat up then you take a towl or two and put it in the water letting it soak it all up. Then rinse the towl(s) and wrap them around your stomach relax for 10 minutes or more!

So i will post when i am done my first day of my diet! I forgot to add though, only eat 4-6 small meals a day! not 3 big meals! eating at more times ofthe day in smaller portions boosts your metabolism and makes you feel like its not even a diet! ...also my choice of excersise will range from turbo jam workouts to just walking or doing wiifit. :) Goodluck to all! Getting Prepared

So today i went to shoppers and got myself a bottle of Vichy cellu destock. I'm going to start my journy of weight loss tomorrow (Sunday 18th of july, 2010) First things first! i measure my waist, arms, legs, bust, and hips. Then ill follow these strict rules...
1.Only WATER or MILK! no juice! its too sweet
2.I must excerise atleast 20 minutes per day but i will aim for 45 minutes (im going to rub the vichy cream on my stomach, and arms and put plastic rap over it and work out)
3. Im taking Apple cider 600 tablets every morning (2 a day)

so if anyone would like to also follow me and start they're diet tomorrow they can! i will give complete results! my first goal is to lose 3 pounds! so i want to weigh 172.5. setting smaller goals breaks up the feeling of a diet and reaching your goals quicker keeps you motivated :) ..so dont aim for 20 pounds ! itll take long to reach your goal. aim in small numbers like 3 or 5 pounds first! Baby steps! walk before you run haha good luck to anyone trying this! I have high expectation!!!

A Doll By Fall :3


I am the girl who weighs 175.5lbs but looks around 150, i want to be 150 and look 130!. I am the unmotivated. I've come blogging to find people to lead me on! I want to be "ADollByFall" because i want to be lovely and beautiful by september. Altho i am a quitter :( and a downer :( so i need to stay positive. I've lost 8.4 pounds so far from may31(mind you, i was on and off diet) and i wish to be atleast 155lbs by school. 8 weeks to lose 20 pounds (or more). I can.. NO!... WILL DO IT!!!! :):):):) i need support! come on people and subscribe to my journy and i will tell everyone what i eat everyday to lose this weight! i will share my secrets of success! i will give the best of the best weight loss tips! Ill also draw cute things to go along with my weight loss :)
